Using Kiko means accepting these Terms.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of Kiko (“Kiko,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you access kiko.so (the “Site”), join the launch list, install or interact with the Kiko Discord application (the “Discord App”), or otherwise use a service that links to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service. If you use Kiko for an organization or Discord server, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization or server.
02 / What Kiko provides
Information, community tools, and early access.
The Site currently provides product information, historical and illustrative performance information, an earnings simulator, and an opt-in launch list. The Discord App is an operations and community tool that may organize channels, publish verified project updates, route members to support, and perform other actions authorized by a Discord server administrator.
Unless you enter a separate product agreement, neither the Site nor the Discord App opens a financial account, holds assets, executes trades, creates a brokerage or advisory relationship, or makes Kiko your fiduciary. Product features, eligibility, fees, supported assets, and availability may change before launch.
03 / Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the age of legal majority where you live. You may not use Kiko where doing so is prohibited by law, sanctions, court order, employer policy, or another agreement that applies to you.
Access to the Site, launch list, or Discord community does not establish eligibility for any future financial product. Separate identity, location, sanctions, wallet, and product-appropriateness checks may apply before activation.
04 / Discord application
Server administrators remain in control.
A person with the necessary Discord authority must approve installation and permissions. The Discord App acts only within the permissions assigned to it and may be removed or restricted through Discord’s server settings. You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions and for the channel, role, and server configuration you authorize.
Do not give Kiko passwords, private keys, seed phrases, authentication codes, or other secrets. The Discord App is not a wallet, cannot move funds, and will never ask for a recovery phrase. Administrative actions may appear in Discord’s audit log where supported.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms, community guidelines, and policies. Kiko is an independent application and is not endorsed by or operated by Discord.
05 / Acceptable use
Use the system lawfully and honestly.
You may not use Kiko to break laws; infringe rights; harass, deceive, or impersonate others; distribute malware or spam; probe or bypass security controls; scrape or extract data at abusive volume; manipulate rewards or referrals; interfere with service availability; or cause the Discord App to act without proper server authorization.
You may not represent that historical results are guaranteed, use Kiko’s name or branding to solicit funds without written authorization, or create a confusingly similar application, bot, website, or account. Automated access is permitted only through an interface we expressly make available and within its documented limits.
06 / Financial information and risk
Fees are variable. Capital can be lost.
Performance figures on the Site describe measured historical conditions or illustrative calculations. They are not a guarantee, forecast, promise, or typical-result statement. Actual fees and returns can be lower, zero, or negative, and losses can exceed fees earned.
Digital assets, liquidity provision, tokenized assets, smart contracts, blockchain networks, pricing sources, counterparties, and third-party protocols involve substantial risk. Risks include price movement, impermanent loss, depegging, liquidity shortages, execution cost, slippage, software defects, protocol changes, network congestion, transaction failure, cyberattack, regulatory change, and loss of some or all capital.
The Site and Discord App provide general information, not personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified advisers where appropriate.
07 / Launch-list communications
You control whether launch messages continue.
When you submit and confirm an email address, you ask us to send Kiko launch and availability messages to that address. You may withdraw that request at any time by contacting privacy@kiko.so. Transactional security or confirmation messages may still be sent when needed to complete an action you requested.
You are responsible for providing an address you control. Confirmation links may expire, may be single-use, and should not be shared.
08 / Third-party services
Other platforms have their own rules and risks.
Kiko may link to or operate through services supplied by Discord, cloud and email providers, blockchain networks, wallets, protocols, data providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability, security, policies, content, or decisions.
A link, integration, or compatibility statement does not mean Kiko endorses or guarantees a third party. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms before using their service.
09 / Ownership and feedback
Kiko’s product and brand remain protected.
The Site, Discord App, visual system, software, text, graphics, video, trademarks, logos, and other Kiko materials are owned by or licensed to Kiko and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.
10 / Availability and enforcement
Features may change, pause, or end.
We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of Kiko, including to address security, legal, technical, operational, or third-party-platform requirements. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated or continued access presents risk to users, Kiko, Discord, or another party.
Removing the Discord App ends its future access to that server, subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
11 / Disclaimers
Kiko is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiko is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that content is complete or current, that errors will always be corrected, or that third-party systems will remain available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12 / Limitation of liability
Non-waivable rights remain intact.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiko and its contributors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, opportunities, goodwill, or revenue; or losses arising from market movement, digital assets, third-party services, unauthorized access, or service interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability arising from the free Site, launch list, or Discord App will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to Kiko for the specific service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13 / Changes and general terms
The current version will remain available here.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Kiko, law, or third-party requirements. The “Effective” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel before they take effect when required.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law. These Terms and any expressly incorporated policies are the entire agreement for the services they cover.
